What is the average delivery time?
  • If the item is available in our store then the delivery is immediate (if your business is located in Limassol), or a business day, (if your business is  located in another city). For deliveries outside Limassol we use outsource courier services.
  • If the item is not available in our store but it is available in CAT or SCANIA central European stores (Back Order) then it may takes an average of 7 days to come in our store.
  • If the item is only available to stores outside EU (Back Order) then it may takes approximately 15 days or more until it is arrived in our store.
  • There is always a way to expedite shipping for Back Orders using (DHL) where the delivery time is reduced to approximately 3 days. There is an extra charge for Fast DHL Back orders.
What is the delivery method?

For back orders (items that are not available in our store) then there is a minimum down payment of 35%

Is there any product warranty?

Every genuine CATERPILLAR or SCANIA part has 1 year of warranty provided that the installation of the part has been completed according to the manufacturer rules and specifications. There is no warranty on any Electronic or Electrical parts.

In case we need it, can you provide us with technical information like installation, programming etc.?

We are always using the latest brands catalogues and we can provide you with some important technical information if there is such a need, but, we would like to state it clear that we are not providing any technical support, we only deal with spare parts sales. Nevertheless, we can recommend you several workshops where they are specializing either on CATERPILLAR or SCANIA and they can support you further.

Do you need the serial or part number of my item in order to place my order?

If you already have the serial or part number of your item then this would be a great help to us and would speed up the process. If you do not have it then we can find it through our brand catalogues but it is up to you to verify that this is the correct item and order it.

What does the term (Back Order) mean?

The term "Back Order" that we often refer to within this web site, is the situation where your item(s) are not available in our stores either because they are rare items, spacial items or there is a stock shortage and we have to place a special order for you overseas, either in brand stores located in EU or outside EU.

Do you accept refunds?

We only accept refund strictly under the following conditions:

  • The item is not / has not an electric or an electronic part
  • The item has not been used and is well packaged as it was originally delivered to you. (factory package)
  • The item has not be part of a back order (a special order placed for you overseas to the brand central stores either in EU or outside EU)
What is the process of placing an order?

You can place your order on-line here or by phone. It would be a great help if you have the item(s) part numbers handy but if not then no worries, we can find it for you on our catafalques. Where applicable, for verification reasons we might send you via email or other means, the picture of the item to verify that this is the requested part. Once you verified it then we quote you and we also inform you about the average delivery time.
